I can run 1:12.00 laps with 20 galons onboard. For now I didn't break 1:11 time. With my car settings I have one problem. With full tank rear tires reach 240-250F on downhill section after the Corkscrew and loose grip.

I have run in practice mode with a max load of 23 gallon. A full tank is 35 or 40 gallon on your case.
I just got home, so might pitch in a few laps and tinker my setup a bit, but it will probably be sunday before I can post a new laptime.
First I have to clean this dump, after being away for so long....

I always make lp's from laps with 20gallons onboard (half tunk).

I have been able to get the laptime down to a 1:09,206, but will keep at that as I have to get back to work...

My best is still low 1:10s... in this track, the corckscrew section is much trickier than in the original version.

It absolutely is. Without a clean entry and exit you're bound to slide.
