Permission

I know I have asked this before, but there have been many requests at the Wind Tunnel for more ICR2 to N3 converted carsets. Espically 98,99 Champ Car, F1 sets and the Indy Lights sets. The last thing I want to do is offend anyone who work hard on one those sets and I used their work without permission. I can't find who created the sets, but if anyone here created one of those sets and would willingly give me permission to convert it to use it in N3, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.
