CART Racing & ICR2

CART Racing is a re-release of the original ICR2 am I correct? Apart from the name change and indepth manual, is everything else identical to ICR2?

Just checking just in case CART Racing does have:

-Closed pits under yellow (USAC enforced this rule for the 1995 Indy500, followed by CART for the 1996 season).

-Improved AI pitstop strategies (often the AI make strategic blunders, i.e. some cars don't pit under caution with only 5 laps worth of fuel left).

Pits are don't close under yellow in Cart Racing. I have Cart Racing exe (35 gallons patch) and it work like Icr2. Only AI cars have problem with their order when have to pit under yellow. So I use Icr2 exe.

BTW Can anybody send me original Cart racing exe with sound, objects folders and main.dat. I wont to see them.
