Damage Problem

i have a problem whit the damage, i put it on arcade, but during the game play this change to none, i am playing the championship right now, but after the second round the damage go to none, this is a extrange bug. anyone have the same problem?

IIRC, once you start a season, you can't change the damage settings.
So if you started the season with no damage, you will not be able to change it to arcade unless you start a new season with the damage setting set they way you want it.

I think this also applies to the other settings like opponenet strength, race length, weather settings, etc...

i start the seasion whit the damage in arcade, but if i crash and damage the car, automatically the damage change to none, and i can,t change it again, the other settings don´t change just the damage, is the same in single race mode, if i crash in the practices the damage change to none for the rest sesions, (qualy, warmup, and race).

Could you select all your files in you game and make sure that "read only" is not checked for any of them in File -> Properties ? Sounds to me it can't write to some file.

i check the files, and every one is fine, the "read only", is not checkered, but the prblem continues, i try this, I reinstall ICR2, and play the game without changing anything (carset, sound, track, etc), just the original game and i have the problem too, soooooooo i don´t know what is the problem, but i stiill playing

Ignore my previous comment, about the patches.

I think the problem lies in the Auto-Recovery.

The Auto-Recovery somehow turns off damage when resetting the game (using Shift-R).
