As for the carset question...I don't know for sure. I released a CCWS Last Hurrah carset a while back, but I don't know if they are using it for the road racing championship. [Shameless self promotion. ]
IIRS is running, although the director (me) is slightly behind in scoring the races. Most of the drivers are forum members here at Crhq. Driving is active, although forum activity for most members is low.
With the carsets, I need to do a good check at my computer and we might very well change carsets later this season.

I just recently went back and for the hell of it i painted Kannans Blue Car from Edmonton as well as PT's car...

I can post my "work in progress" carset later tonight. I just need to clean it up a touch.
It'll be a mix of 2007/2008 cars, but it's the closest thing I have to a full 2008 ICS carset.
Also, I'm sorry to say that I'll need to suspend work on my ICS2K8 carset until mid to late October.
My wedding is only a month away and that's been taking up all my free time.
--Update - I won't be bale to post the carset tonight. I just don't have enough time this evening to do the cleanup work that I'd like to do. Wedding stuff took more time than I thought.
Well, seeing as Shag's got a valid excuse for not posting new stuff- here's some updates.
KV- Updates sponsor logos for Power and Servia.
Conquest- Tag.
These are 95% Shaggy's work, I just updated the logos, added some sponsors, stole a helmet from the last CCWS set and added that aero device thing to the tubs.
