If I haven't said so already special thanks to blackcat and the work he did on the 2007 Indy 500 carset.
Without it, some of these ICS regulars would have taken a lot longer.
For example, aside from a couple livery and sponsor tweaks, the Penske cars are almost unchanged from blackcat's carset. It's a big help.

Bell was harder than most since the green they used for his livery is not easily found in the ICR2 car palette. There were only three greens that I could use.
