I was looking for Chas Bornemann's Banking Editor v1.0 for ICR2 please.

Or something equivalent.

I was wanting to edit the banking of Loudon, New Hampshire speedway to something more realistic.

I tried the links at thepits and simcyderworld, but they all seem to be dead.

The banking of Loudon Spedway in ICR2 is 11.520 degrees. Real track has 12 degrees banking. So, I think, you don't need to change it.

Yeah, I've noticed that. I guess watching races at that track on TV make the banking look a little flatter than from what it is.
