Anyone going to the races?

I go to the WTCC "race of Brazil" in Curitiba since 2007.

Me, my dad, and my brother went to every single IRL race at Nashville Superspeedway. I lost a lot of interest back in 2006 when we went though because of Toyota and Chevy pulling out.

We still go to Music City Motorplex (formerly called Nashville Speedway USA) which is available to drive on ICR2 as a converted track. We live within driving distance of the track and its on the site of the Tennessee State Fairgrounds so we can go see the fair and the races at the same place!
It was almost closed down for good, but the people that own the speedway chose to keep it open for at least another year.

With IRL no longer going to Nashville Superspeedway, I've been thinking of an alternative major sporting event to substitute that we could go to. I think the NHRA goes to Memphis, but I believe that is to far to drive for us in a day.
