Running game in Windows 10

Hello all,

It's been a long time since I have posted on here! I have been getting back into this game again, but I have a small problem.

I am running the CART racing version for windows, the game is running great, but I have a problem with the display. There is a banner on my screen that says "CART Racing for Windows" when I play the game. The problem with the banner is that it blocks out the top of the screen. I have attached a screen shot.

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove this in Windows 10?

Hi, and welcome back
How do you run Windy.exe? Because it looks like game is not in full screen mode. In Compatibility tab for game exe you should check option to use 640x480 resolution. And in video card should scale this low resolution image to fit full screen.
