Cicero Chicago 1999 Oval Build
#51
Track tested. As was said before I also don't like this pixelated asphalt. It's too distracted. Maybe horizon is too high. Also I think banking transitions are wrong. From onbords transitions from straits to banking corners are smooth and almost imperceptible. But here rises and drops very pronounced. This is what I noticed Smiley

Thank you for your feedback. I used several different tests when I did the transitions. I thought this one was closest to some of the original papy tracks, but I just did my best. I want to shrink the horizon some- just haven't had time. I don't plan on changing the pavement because I don't have enough other grey shades

My tracks are far from perfect I know- I just try and get better each time.

Don't look at original papy ovals for ICR2, they are wrong except for Michigan. Use real life onboards instead.

Also your track don't have big variety in colors so there should be place for more grey colors. Or you can use palette from some similar oval. I think Gateway or Loudon should suit well. Both have grey colors for asphalt, green for trees and grass, and some space for special colors for buildings.
