Adding 33 cars into ICR2.

I've been looking everywhere online for how to add 33 cars in ICR2, but I haven't found a THING yet. I tried download setopt11, but it said the folder was empty. Does anybody know how to add 33 cars in Indycar Racing 2? Also, does anybody have a link to download the file to add 33 or more cars?

I'm using Setoptns. Just place it into games folder where gameopts.cfg located.

Is the 40 car patch on here in the archive? If so u can use that & scale it down to 33 cars
