rotating the horizon

is there any easy way to rotate the horizon? i need to rotate the horizon on one of my tracks about 90 degrees....

I don't know if there is a way rotate the object easily, but in the past I have simply changed my textures to match the rotation I need it in.

Yes that's what I ended up doing also but it is just more work.

I found an AWESOME way of doing this in gimp.

If you go to layers, there is an option called 'transform'... inside of transform there is an option to "offset". You can tell it how many pixels to offset, and most exciting it actually wraps-around the other side of the image, which saves SO much work!
