I have ICR1 conversion and N3 conversion

is it possible to have closed pits for caution periods in icr2 as it is in the nascar games?

I don't know the way to do it

Reason i think it may be possible is the games use similar .txt files for the tracks.

The track .txt files are just data points. Nothing in them is going to change how the game works.
