(I have been less available lately because of some work/job related things going on.)
Thanks. No rush - I'll continue to bring in more trackside objects. If you get a chance to drive on it at some point, let me know if there are particular areas where you think you would need more objects or wall textures for braking reference.

Yesterday I placed all the cameras. Today I made the first round of adjustments. 11 of the 12 cameras should be now almost on the right spot. Tomorrow I'll start to play with the zoom, what I never did before.
I think, around the final chicane some adjustments are needed. I placed the last camera on the corner of renbase, but it didn't look good.
Please look at the video at 35:48 for an aerial view and at 2:16:41 for the ground view. I think, there is an outer part of the object, that goes around the inner part (current renbase object). It is lower and at the beginning of the main straight it is right at the edge of the track, and on its corner is the camera.
As I looked to the aerial view, I noticed also, that the position of the chicane or renpark isn't correct. Renpark must be moved backward (maybe easier) or the chicane forward.
EDIT: I looked at Google Earth, and there's nothing to see. So the object seems to be correct. Maybe it only needs to put closer to the track?

I will go back and check the positions of everything in that area. I may also add the small building on the right side of the chicane - the track came very close to the building, and I believe I had used that as a reference for the SG. Unfortunately, aside from knowing that the chicane went next to the building and started with a 90-degree right turn, it was not possible to get exactly where it was - I think it was constructed specifically for the race because they did not use the "permanent" chicane on the actual street.
I agree the parking structure seems a little off when I look at my picture from 3doEd. Once I get back to my computer I will see whether the problem is the object or the track geometry. I'll post the track overlay in SGE/SFE for us to review, as well.
Edit: 2:09:24 and 2:13:03 has a closer overhead view of that area.
Can you also link me to an example of that camera view from the broadcast?
2nd Edit: I am having a problem understanding what is this structure that is coming into view here. It doesn't look like part of the main Renaissance Center building if I compare it to even the aerial from 12/2002. I think this is the building you are mentioning which is possibly lower and closer to the track. Maybe it is what is in present-day the street that goes in front of the Renaissance Center?
Aerial from 12/2002:

Depending on your pictures, I think, the red area is the track, and the roads around the Center are covered (green area).
The camera is at the corner, where your arrow shows on your first picture.
If you used the small building as reference for the chicane, the renpark building should be also OK. It was maybe an optical illusion, because the end of the building has a bright color, so it isn't good visible from far away.

Wow the cameras are great, it is just like watching the broadcast! Thank you so much!
I will be sure to include them in the next update of the track.

Now, you have a new perspective to probably make the final adjustments to the track layout, and then it's time for AI creation.

Let me know if you have any more suggestions on the layout. I am not sure there is much left aside from a few places where I can increase the runoff area. I checked the chicane and I think it’s in the correct place, and the slight bends on the main straight seem close enough compared to TV shots. Other parts of the circuit are mostly following the streets so I feel pretty good about them. Overall it is probably already within the tolerance that Papyrus held themselves to, but I invite anybody to please challenge anything, big or small, about the track layout.
This layout looks so good and so do the cameras. I like how you put the building on the back stretch that they drive under (my version for gp2 does not have that).
