Detroit downtown circuit (WIP thread)
New version of Detroit! I almost want to call this version 1.0, but hoping a few of you might be able to give it a test, do a full race, etc. and confirm that it works. Updates since the previous version:

- New AI lines by samsepi0l (thank you!)
- Added more trackside objects including people all over the place
- Added some roadway markings
- Added more advertising along the front straightaway
- Fixed speckles in the tunnel

amazing work as always- I took a few laps I don't see any more slowdown with the additional details added. Things look great!

The race on the new track helps with details?

I thought it was a decent race, kind of surprising. My ICR2 version of the new track isn't too far off actually. A lot of buildings did change from 1991 to 2023 but still cool to see the general area in high-definition.

Your work is so good that they probably used it to prep the drivers!

Yes, if anyone has encountered any major or game-breaking bugs, please let me know. Also, if you've been able to successfully run a full distance race, particularly if you can verify that the caution periods and AI pit strategies work, please post here.

EDIT: Just did a time accelerated race to see how things played out. One thing I noticed is that on a restart, you have to go some ways down the straightaway before they throw the green flag. I guess this matters most if you are the leader but does that make it possible to accidentally pass the pace car (and get a penalty) after it's gone into the pit lane?

I did a 100% race in my season here and the only problem I had was I should have increased the RELS some. (since I won). The pit stop strategy was spot on for me.

You can move the GFLAG value back some (it's just a DLONG value) but the problem will be it will go green when many cars are in the chicane prior to the front stretch and some will even be coming out of the tunnel.
