Appreciate the offer, but no need for cash donations. I just wish I had more time to put into this project, so a donation of time will help the most.

I will try to post the source files for more of us to work on, once I get through my current review of the SG.

I did some work in the downhill section. Preview here: https://twitter.com/iamskchow/status/140...96420?s=20

I haven't done any reordering of trackside objects yet, so they are currently bleeding through each other.

Overview of the current track in 3doEd.

Got to admit, I'm pretty happy with how this part of the track is shaping up. The drawing order might be challenging to work through, with so many objects in the scene overlapping each other.

Thank you! I could definitely use some help from the master.

Would also welcome your thoughts on whether some objects should be combined into a single object. Right now, it's all very separated - for example, each column for the rail is an individual object. I remember in another thread you said that Papy started putting entire track sections of objects into a single object.

Yes, from nascar 2 expansion pack Papy started making big objects for outside scenery. It elimintes problems with drawing order in main track 3do.

I think for now you can keep all objects as they are. Then you will give me building files and we will decide how better add objecs to the track.

Been a while since I tried loading the track in game. Fortunately it still converts over to ICR2 just fine, and I’ve made a video of a (rather slow) lap around downtown. https://twitter.com/iamskchow/status/140...55169?s=21

No, as long as you don't get the game running. Grin3

Need some advice on placement of brake markers. At Detroit, there are two places with 300-200-100 markers (end of the Larned St section after the short tunnel) and between the start/finish straight and Turn 1.

Are the numbers supposed to represent meters/yards or feet or some other measurement? I ask because meters seem too long because it would extend into the tunnel, but feet seems too short. Or do they simply put brake markers wherever feels right?
