I was looking at my old work and realised that I could have done much better, but then I also realised how our information has improved. I can put on Youtube and just rewatch complete races, use Google Earth to check on exact dimensions and aerial shots. Life was different in 2004 Smiley

Great list - it looks like it's sorted by how recent the tracks appeared on the schedule. Given that Boblogsan has made the recent carsets with updated models, imagine if we can get all the current tracks done and can claim to be a more complete IndyCar sim than iRacing and whatever else on the market!

And yes, it is sorted that way, because I worked through list Indycar from present to past, Champcar from present to past and USAC from present to past.

Yes, that's a complete track, objects, AI and graphics the lot. We have used this one in IIRS when Champcar raced in the UK.

I went through the list and through the files on the forum and my files.
The list below are tracks that have files that will give you a good headstart if you want to pick up any of the tracks.

  • St Petersburg, a beatifull sg build by Pavel (I would like to claim this one for myself Wink2 )
  • Barber Motorsports Park, there is a version by TheStig, a version in N3 and a version in GPL
  • Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, there is a converted GPL version of the track and that could be used as a base
  • Iowa Speedway, two N3 versions exists
  • Sears Point multiple version, since there are versions in ICR2, N3 and GPL, you are advised to check which layouts are there and not
  • Sao Paolo, there is a version by TheStig and a version of Pavel)
  • Baltimore by TheStig
  • Edmonton City Centre Airport version 1 by Wolf_pd
  • Las Vegas Streetcourse by TheStig
  • San Jose by TheStig
  • Assen, a GP3 conversion
  • Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez where you could edit the N3 version of the Mistycreek is an option
  • Fundidora Park, a version by Foxman and a version by TheStig exist
  • Denver 2005-2006
  • Montreal
  • Eurospeedway, TheStig made a version and a GPL version exists
  • Miami Bayfront in 2 versions by TheStig
  • Long Beach, I think TheStig made a few of those for N3 and maybe a GPL version
  • Denver 90s, by TheStig
  • Sanair Super Speedway, a N3 version exists and TheStig made a ICR2 version
  • Riverside in various versions exist in GPL
  • Autodromo de Rafaela, a GPL convert exists in N3
  • Indianapolis Raceway Park, several GPL convert exists
  • Seattle International Raceway, a very decent GPL convert exists
  • Trenton 1-miler, I made a base for that one
Detroit and Tamiami are being worked on. So these are mentioned separately.
