Why you don't want to use you own ICR2 manager?  It can do all this things. Also Windy Paintshop only works with default carshapes. Windy is not limited with resources so you can easely run any 'heavy' carsets and tracks.

1) Because I haven't had an install package for it since a computer crash almost 15 years ago.
2) It's a default carshape livery that I'm trying to avoid having to repaint pixel-by-pixel when pixels are only about this big these days.

Someone posted "windy" on this forum not long ago. it runs fine but for some reason it doesn't give point for laps lead in a season, no idea why.
