Work around for the DOSBox controls-setting issue
#1
It turns out the Controls.cfg files for both NASCAR Racing 2 and ICR2 are identical. And N2 doesn't have the same mouse-default bug ICR2 had. So, if you've had problems setting your ICR2 controls in DOSBox (like I have), and you have a copy of N2, simply set your controls in N2, then copy the .cfg file to your ICR2 folder. Tada! Whatever controls you want, you have.

I now have ICR2 running perfectly with a dual-analog gamepad in Boxer on my MacBook, I am very, very happy now.

There is a little difference but is about the keyboard controls. Wink2

For some reason I don't have an issue with that now, but when I had CART Racing on Windows 98 and DOS on an old PC, I used N1's controls.cfg, since it's engine is more similar to ICR2.

I know this is an old post, but I wanted to say thanks as this straightened out a longtime issue I'd been having with getting my controller to work via DOSBox.
