Hi!

Is there a way to move the starting point at Mid-Ohio? It is set in front of the pits, but real-life track has its start position on turn 3.
Note that I would like to move only the starting point, not the finish line.

I know we can adjust the point where the green flag waves BEFORE leaders cross the start/finish line, but is it possible to move it that far AFTER leaders cross the start/finish line?

I tried editing the GFLAG line on the track TXT file, but I failed miserably...
On one side, the green flag will refuse to wave before the pacecar hits the pitlane.
On the other side, it will wave as soon as the pacecar is stopped on its spot at the end of the pitlane.
Unfortunately No- not that we know of.

That's what I know. One way to make starting point there is to make two pitlanes: one - real for cars, second - fictional on the grass for pacecar on the staright near green flag line. Maybe it will work.
You can't have just the pacecar in the second pitlane though, there has to be at least one AI pit box behind it.
wouldn't that put all restarts on the backstretch too (if you have yellows on)?

Upon further reflection: You can move the pacecar but there would need to be at least two pit boxes behind it, Fred Jones and you.
