The Indianapolis Motor Speedway track I am using never shows any fans in the stands on the outside of the track. There are grandstands in various places but they are only shown as grey structures, no "people" in them.  I have all graphics turned on and fans are visible in the stands on the inside of the track, with the exception of the stands just past the tower.  I think I am using Pavel's version of the track. Are there any versions of IMS with fans in all the grandstands, inside and outside the track?

Can the stands that appear without people be altered so they have fans in them? Any suggestions on how to do this?

When you push the 3 key while driving, does it toggle the crowds on/off?

That worked.  I also discovered I had Object Textures turned off in graphics settings. Now the game starts with the crowd "on".

Someone who made the 3do objects used the flavor which does not simulate crowd removal for the inside grandstands, but not the ones on the outside. I always ignore this on all of my grandstands so people appear regardless if it is testing or not.
