Installation instructions
Files to change the cockpit are located in the ROL.DAT file (located in the ROL folder of your installation).
Most downloads here have been repackaged so that they contain a standard ROL.DAT, that can be dropped into your installation directly. This will work fine as long as you do not have other changes in the ROL.DAT yet.
If you have a modded ROL.DAT already, then check if there is also a files.zip present in the download. Those can then be put into the ROL.DAT file directly. This can be done with a tool like DooDAT.
Please note: although not many people will be running to low resolution version of ICR2 on purpose now, most of the files here only update the high resolution files of the cockpit.
GTP
These GTP dashes work best with a DOS game EXE that has the front wheels removed. Some Windows specific dashes have higher fenders so that the wheels are hidden in that manner. We also recommend installing this patch to add GTP cars to your mirrors, created by Edwin Roman.
LCD GTP Dash DOS

This DOS version requires Imsa.exe, GTP.exe or Tour98.exe so the front wheels are hidden from view. Right and left mirrors prevent the AI from sneaking uo on you from the blind side. The mirrors also show GTP cars.

CR3 Motorsports new GTP cockpit with low fenders, created for the DOS version of ICR2/CART Racing. You need one of the edited DOS .exe files of ICR2 which hide the front wheels from your view. This dash also has a dirty glass look, a wiper and a windshield shade.

Cockpit with wheel and RPM LEDs 1.0 Momo
This is an updated version of the ICR2-COCKPIT Red/Display and Steering Wheel Version 5.0 Final by Sérgio Smir9 (Smirnov). Momo logo version. It has 6 RPM LEDs, the first 3 are green and are on at RPMs 11650, 12050, 12500 respectively.
