hi everyone, I need to change the goodyear wheels because the carset has the both firestone wheels.
can u explain me, how can I change the wheels?

Try to find a pack with mips with the correct wheels. Not sure there are some in the archives. I might have some interesting stuff at my home computer.

McKnight and I solved this problem together over IM the other day. It took a couple of tries but although we did not really know what it solved it in the end, it got solved and the result is in the carsets that were posted on this site [Archive -> Carsets] yesterday.

The wheel graphics are made up of 3 files foe each "brand". In the original 1995 carset wheel1.mip/wheel2.mip/wheel3.mip were the Goodyear wheels and wheel1f.mip/wheel2f.mip/wheel3f.mip the Firestone wheels. To change the wheels, find a carset with the wheels that you want to use unpack the dat file and add the wheels to the carset that you want to edit. Make sure that you backup your dat file in case you change the wrong wheels. Lets say that you add wheel1.mip/wheel2.mip/wheel3.mip to your set and they are the correct wheels. If they end up substituting for the wrong set on wheels in your carset, make another copy of your saved dat file and rename the wheels you added to wheel1f.mip/wheel2f.mip/wheel3f.mip and they should work.
