I've been working on the "transitional drivers" with the IRL template.
I don't know if anyone else is doing a IRL carset this year, but I at least wanted to contribute to one.
Of the nine CC drivers, I've almost completed six of them. Wilson, Rahal, Servia, Power, Junky and Moraes.
Still need to work on HVM and Conquest. I also think Graham's livery will look like the Champ Car livery at Kansas, but I'll have to wait and see on that one.
Here's what they look like so far...

Work on the IRL cars is going to stop for a while. I will make a CCWS2K8 carset in honor of Champ Car's Last Hurrah. I'll probably start it this week, but I don't know how long it will take. Tomorrow will be very bittersweet. Thank God I live in LA where I can attend the race.

Yes one that has not yet been done. I would like to make a farewell carset of the last Champcar season 07, or at least do some retooling to make them to look at close to the Panoz as can be done, but I don't have the mad skills like some of you on here.

Cool can't wait for the ccwssk8 carset and by the way how did you learn your mad skills.

My mad painting skills are the result of trial and error with plenty of practice.
The carshapes and templates were done by people a whole lot smarter than me. I just make them look pretty.
