can anyone tell me where to get setopt11.exe so i can use more than 32 cars in a race. And i remeber it working with the windy version, but it was kinda buggy, is there a windy version out? Thanks!

version 1.1 of setoptns.exe is available at velocity motorsports as well as here. I am using it without any problems with Windy.exe (windows ICR2)
Just remember:
1. First set the opponent strength from within Windy
2. exit Windy
3. Run setoptns.exe, select the # cars & cars shown in mirrors
4. Run windy again, choose your track, start racing.
